A further advantage of being an InfoCision employee is the comprehensive orientation and training program we have implemented. This allows new employees to get accustomed to our policies, procedures and people. New employees attend an extensive orientation program call Foundation Week, which takes place at our corporate headquarters in Akron. Salaried staff returns after 30 days for on-boarding and again after 60 days for five days of career development. Within the first 90 days, new InfoCision employees participate in approximately 92 hours of hands-on training and consultation to help them get acclimated to our company.
We understand that some new employees have to travel to Akron from other locations to attend Foundation Week and the subsequent training programs. In this case, InfoCision pays for all expenses associated with traveling to Akron. This includes car rental, hotel room and meal expenses.
Not only do employees receive the above benefits, but we also offer tuition reimbursement. In an effort to encourage all employees to pursue further education, enhance their job performance or qualify them for promotion, InfoCision offers tuition reimbursement of up to $1,000 per semester for job-related education.
